MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT This Membership Agreement and its Annex (Internal Regulations) govern the relationship between LLC “Aspria Group” (hereinafter “Aspria”) and its client (hereinafter the “Member”). 1. Scope of Services 1.1. Aspria grants the Member the right to use fitness facilities at all branches from 07:00 to 23:00, and at the Vake branch on a 24-hour basis. 1.2. The Member undertakes to pay the fees stipulated herein and comply with this Agreement and Internal Regulations. 2. Consultations and Safety 2.1. Consultations are available from 09:00 to 23:00. 2.2. Between 23:00 and 09:00, the Member shall independently comply with safety rules. 2.3. Aspria shall not be liable for any deterioration of health caused by failure to follow staff instructions or safety rules. 2.4.The Member shall use the QR application to access the gym. 3.Membership QR Code 3.1. The Membership QR code is strictly personal and non-transferable. 3.2. In case of violation, Aspria may impose a GEL 250 penalty, claim damages, and/or suspend membership of both parties. 4. Liability for Damages The Member shall fully compensate any damage caused by the Member. 5. Fees and Payments 5.1. Monthly and/or annual fees shall be paid in advance. 5.2. No refunds shall be issued in case of unilateral early termination by the Member. 6. Personal Belongings Aspria shall not be responsible for personal belongings or valuables, including items stored in lockers. 7. Prohibited Substances It is prohibited to bring medications or substances not intended for personal use or prescribed by a physician. Offering, distributing, or making such substances available to others is strictly prohibited. 8.Conduct and Hygiene The Member shall comply with hygiene and conduct standards. Aspria may temporarily or permanently suspend membership in case of violation. 9. Health Information As Aspria does not verify health condition, the Member shall provide relevant health information. 10. Termination by Aspria Aspria may unilaterally terminate this Agreement in case of any breach, without refund. 11. Video Surveillance The Company uses video surveillance and stores recordings for security purposes for a defined period. 12. Communication Consent By signing or electronically accepting, the Member consents to receive communications via SMS or other channels. 13. Personal Data Protection 13.1.Aspria collects and processes personal data in accordance with Georgian law and GDPR. 13.2. The Member consents to data processing for registration and service purposes. 13.3.The Member has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of personal data. 14. Severability Invalidity of any provision shall not affect the remaining provisions. 15. Internal Regulations The Internal Regulations form an integral part of this Agreement. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Georgia. 17.
